Do I need to move items?
No. Leave items where they are and tell us about stairs, lifts, tight access, or parking. We will factor access into the quote.
Do you take heavy materials?
Some heavy materials can be removed, but bricks, concrete, tiles, soil, and similar materials are charged separately and must be discussed before booking.
Do you remove mattresses/fridges?
Yes, mattresses, fridges, and bulky household items can be quoted. Please include photos and mention any stairs or access limits.
